Party Trays

- Baked Brie Wheel - In puff pastry or topped with
our condiments.
- Stromboli - A
long loaf filled with pepperoni, mozzarella, etc., etc.,

- Quiche Tarts - These are miniature versions of our
quiche - three
cheese or bacon Swiss.
- Mushrooms stuffed with feta, spinach and walnuts.
- Meatballs in our barbeque sauce (our secret recipe).
- Cocktail Ham Balls in a piquant sweet and sour sauce.
- Chile Cheese - A great, hot green chile cheese spread
to serve with tortilla chips.
- Teriyaki Chicken Skewers - Chicken, green peppers
and mandarin oranges.
- Baby New Potatoes - Stuffed and twice-baked.

and pepper mixture with angel hair pasta in a baked wonton

with peppers and pesto.
- Miniature muffins filled with smoked turkey or ham - particularly
good - pumpkin muffins with cream cheese, hot mustard
and smoked turkey or lemon muffins with dijon mustard and
ham.
- Finger Sandwiches - Cucumber, curried egg, shrimp,
ham (ordered by the dozen of each flavor).
- Roquefort Grapes - Grapes rolled in cream cheese
and toasted almonds.
- Caviar Ring - Bright and festive ring of cream cheese,
